Seriously In My Neighborhood?

You never know when you will find a family plot. Who would have thought we would find one in our own neighborhood?  Not us! Looking back at a blog post from 2012 on a surprise find in River Bend Estates, our “Neighborhood Cemetery“. How many times do you take a nice walk through your neighborhood or those surrounding you? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again you never know what you might find when you step outside of that box. Of course, when we take a vacation we discover some amazing buildings, people and unique pieces of history. But who would have thought while walking in our neighborhood we would discover a cemetery, a small family plot. That’s right it sat between two back yards surrounded by a black wrought-iron gate. I wonder if those who purchased the home even knew it was there originally.
